This is our 5th year of sponsoring the Excelsior Real Estate Kid’s Free Movie to support the ICA Food Shelf – and is one of our very favorite days of the year!!
We are showing the family friendly movie “RIO” (the “Angry Bird’s” Movie with Minnesota ties!!) This year the event takes place on Saturday, December 3rd at the Dock Cinema in downtown Excelsior. The doors open at 8:45, come early as seats fill up fast, and bring along a nonperishable food item, toiletry or cash donation to help support the ICA Food Shelf. We look forward to seeing you there!!

to be your advocate and ensure that your best interests are served. Some
of the details they will be available to handle are:
- Schedule a property inspection with a qualified inspector.
- Check finances are deposited according the contract specifications.
- Keep you informed of any unseen problems that may arise and offer solutions
- Schedule and attend-the pre-closing walk through.
- Prepare for and attend the closing.
